A Certified Quality Engineer and a Certified Manufacturing Engineer who has worked in both corporate and manufacturing environments. He holds a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering technology and a master's degree in quality engineering. He has an extensive background in product and process quality and has personally developed numerous training programs for the Faro Arm coordinate measuring machine. His use of statistical analysis and continuous improvement methods has resulted in a high rate of customer satisfaction. He continues to infuse Diverse Dimensions with his passion for quality and pride in workmanship.

During his seven years at Herman Miller, his interest for dimension studies and quality has gained him extensive knowledge of the Faro Arm as a reverse engineering tool. His attention to detail as a model maker has transitioned into his role as a lead laser scanning specialist.
